(four) special equipment in key areas: key breakthrough in system integration, intelligent control, remote monitoring and precision technology, to develop high performance plastic molding equipment, marine engineering equipment, textile printing and dyeing equipment, logistics equipment, intelligent engineering machinery, modern medical instrument equipment, detection equipment, assembly equipment and creative style, automatic cutting, welding, stamping, casting, heat treatment and surface cleaning processing (intelligent) special production equipment; development of photovoltaic and new energy equipment, efficient energy saving and environmental protection equipment, modern agricultural equipment, petroleum and petrochemical, metallurgy, building materials, paper (printing), auto parts, bearings, magnetic materials, electronic components, forming with the processing, packaging and other industries for automatic (intelligent) equipment etc… 宁波版中国制造2025正式发布 明确试点示范路径图   打造新型制造体系 培育八大细分行业   未来三年(2017~2019年),我市将稀土磁性材料、高端金属合金材料、石墨烯、专用装备、关键基础件、光学电子、集成电路和工业物联网等八大细分行业作为“3511”产业发展的主攻方向,着力培育形成一批新的千亿级细分行业,带动提升全市产业发展能级。   (一)稀土磁性材料   重点领域:巩固烧结钕铁硼材料优势地位,突破低成本钕铁硼基高丰度稀土永磁材料关键制备技术,重点发展高综合磁性能烧结钕铁硼磁体以及高性能粘接磁体、钐钴永磁材料、钐铁氮永磁材料、纳米结构磁性材料、软磁材料等新型稀土永磁材料。打造“磁性材料―磁体元件―特种电机―器械”产业链,加快稀土永磁材料及产品在塑机、汽车、纺织机械、电子电器、风力发电、医疗器械、机器人等领域的应用。   (二)高端金属合金材料   重点领域:重点发展集成电路用高性能金属材料及超高纯金属材料、铜基IC用溅射靶材、精密铜合金材、高硬度超耐磨强化铜合金、无铅环保铜合金、高性能耐蚀铜镍合金等新型铜合金材料。提升发展汽车、高速列车、航空航天用等高性能铝合金板材。培育发展高强韧、耐蚀新型钛合金及其型材、无氧钛、3D打印材料等钛合金材料以及块体非晶镁合金、智能降解镁合金材料。加快发展轴承钢、模具钢等特种金属合金材料。   (三)石墨烯   重点领域:强化石墨烯产业链构建,加大石墨烯原材料制备技术、工艺及装备的攻关研发,达到千吨级石墨烯微片(粉体)、百万平方米级石墨烯薄膜卷材的低成本规模生产。加快开发应用石墨烯的超级电容器、高分子复合材料、功能涂料、柔性电子器件、新一代显示器件、锂离子电池等产品,带动提升城市电车、新能源汽车、海洋工程、先进装备等终端产品和装备发展。   (四)专用装备   重点领域:重点突破系统集成、智能控制、远程监控和精密技术,大力发展高性能塑料成型装备、海洋工程装备、纺织印染装备、现代物流装备、智能工程机械、现代医疗器械装备、检测装配装备、文体创意装备,以及切削、焊接、冲压成形、铸造、清洁热处理与表面处理等自动化(智能化)专用生产设备;培育发展光伏及新能源装备、高效节能环保装备、现代农业装备以及石油石化、冶金、建材、造纸(印刷)、汽车零部件、轴承、磁性材料、电子元器件、成形与加工、包装等行业专用自动化(智能化)成套装备等。   (五)关键基础件   重点领域:重点突破高寿命、高可靠性、高精度和智能化、集成化的设计制造技术,大力发展高速精密重载轴承、精密传动件、高压液压件、高频响气动元件、高可靠性密封件、高性能泵阀、高强度紧固件、特种电机、精密高效多功能模具、特种铸锻件、高密度高强度粉末冶金件等机械基础件,培育发展智能化阀岛、谐波减速器、高精度伺服电机、伺服驱动器、伺服控制器、智能仪器仪表等关键零部件。   (六)光学电子   重点领域:重点突破特种镀膜技术、光学非球面技术、自动对焦 变焦技术、硫系玻璃材料开发应用技术、嵌入式软件技术、3D扫描成像技术、三维超精密振动测量技术、超高像素模组制程技术等核心光电技术。加快发展生命科学 工业检测显微镜、显微数码系统、生物过程仪器、通用分析仪器、精密称重仪器、智能光电非接触测量仪与传感器、手机摄像模组、光学影像系统产品、光学镜片 镜头等产品。   (七)集成电路   重点领域:重点发展基于SOI晶圆的射频开关、调制器芯片、高频滤波器通用芯片、高端电源管理芯片以及化合物半导体电源开关和放大器通用芯片。引进集成电路项目,加快推进特种工艺芯片在汽车电子、工业控制、交通运输、航天航空等领域的应用,重点打造“IC设计-芯片制造-芯片封装-成品检测”集成电路产业链。   (八)工业物联网   重点领域:围绕以智能制造为核心应用的工业物联网建设,在国内率先建成并示范应用工业物联网。积极突破智能感知、RFID射频识别、传感以及通信感知、图像识别等关键技术。重点发展位置传感器、压力传感器、速度传感器、温度传感器及气敏传感器等高端传感器,加快推进传感器在电力、石化、交通、水利等领域应用。加快发展智能终端操作系统、嵌入式操作系统、工业控制实时操作系统等基础软件和应用。积极培育大数据产业,重点发展智能装备、智能家电、车联网等领域的工业大数据应用服务。着力推动新一代通信线缆、通信接插件、网络安全等关键网络设备研发。相关的主题文章:
